Bonus Validity and Expiry
Unless an individual offer states otherwise, bonuses are valid for seven days after activation. Free spins must be activated within 24 hours. Unused bonuses cannot be activated after a withdrawal has been requested.
Bonus Winnings and Withdrawals
Winnings from deposit and no-deposit free spins are subject to a withdrawal cap, and registration free spins carry a separate lower cap unless the individual offer states otherwise. Proceeds from no-deposit offers and Bonus Shop purchases are withdrawable up to a stated cap. The cap on cash bonuses is defined per offer rather than by a single universal limit. Withdrawable funds are used before bonus funds. Requesting a withdrawal before completing the conditions removes the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Verification may delay withdrawals, and all requested documents must be submitted within 30 calendar days of a payout request, otherwise winnings may be confiscated and the account permanently closed. Restricted Activity
Delayed rounds or features, duplicate accounts and other forms of abuse can lead to cancellation of bonuses and confiscation of winnings. Account sharing, player-to-player transfers and third-party deposits are prohibited. Disguising or interfering with an IP address, including VPN use, may result in suspension and confiscation.
